In only 14 seconds, the scan provides an amazing high resolution 3D image of the mouth, face and jaw, including nerves, blood vessels and bone density. The vast detail of information provided by the scan, enables Dr Donnie Dean to diagnose more accurately and design the best treatment plan with the least risk and the most predictable results. He can also detect early signs of any dental problems that could potentially become serious.

CEREC™ CAD/CAM – One Visit Dentistry
Imagine being able to have a ceramic restoration custom made and fitted in one appointment? With our in-house revolutionary CEREC™ technology, Dr. Dean is able to design, fabricate and permanently fit a new ceramic dental crown, inlay or onlay in just one visit!
How does CEREC™ work?
After Dr. Dean prepares your tooth, a digital image is taken using a special camera. The computer captures the image and converts it into a 3D computerized model of your tooth. This image is then used as a template to custom design the new restoration. Once Dr. Dean has perfected the design of the new tooth, the data is sent to the on-site milling machine where the new restoration is fabricated from a high quality ceramic block within 5- 10 minutes. Next our doctor determines the color of the ceramic block so that it esthetically matches your surrounding teeth. After milling, the restoration is polished and then cemented into place on the prepared tooth. State of the arts dentistry.
